Since 2020, Cardinal Impact Advisors has helped high-profile partners secure and deploy nearly $400 million for critical projects like health clinics, affordable housing, and Native community initiatives. As the organization’s client roster and team expanded, it outgrew the two-page flyer that had functionally served as its only marketing tool.

The Challenge:

To expand the company’s reach by building a strong brand and digital presence, showcasing a successful track record and technical expertise.

Strategy & Execution:

The foundation of a new professional brand identity was a website and logo. These tools would establish brand recognition and differentiate the organization within the competitive field of community development finance.

Through collaborative content development sessions and design sprints, we shaped the site structure, copy, and visual direction. An iterative process led us from initial concepts to a finalized brand package.
